two chapter in 2 hours..


hello!!! this weeks miss ummi explained two chapter in 2 hours..hmmm,,before we started the lecture,,miss ummi gave us question about Myers Brigss Type Indicator (MBTI). So!! we need to answer..
the test about ourselves and after answer the question,we can know about job scope :)


okeyy.. after we answer the Myers Brigss Type Indicator (MBTI) test,,miss ummi explain about     chapter 10  which is  building an organization capable of good strategy
execution...this about i know about why hiring,training and retaining the right person constitute a key component of the strategy execution process.


ANd chapter 11 managing internal operation..

so..from the words, we can conclude rewards and incentives can promote 
better strategy execution and achievement of strategic and financial targets...

reward  is give something to employee or worker because we appreciate their achievement


reward can motivate their employee to perform better in future .....
and i think if somebody get reward they can put more effort in their work.


A company shall do motivate their workers, in one of kind to motivate their workers is give bonus. Company  give one month bonus to the employee.


If employees work hard so company will reward them more highest...
OR
company also prepared dinner to appreciate their workers 


other than that,,
maybe employee will get perform haji and umrah as their reward


so i think reward can give impact and motivate to their workers..
ermm,,
so that's all...

hye guys, this week we don't have lecture and face to face tutorial  class with madam huda BUT we need to
participate forum in goals...


in goals,, we must to participate in a forum..
the question is 
Disuss how a corporate culture can assist in executing strategies in an organization. if you are one of the top managers, what kind of values that you would like to inculcate in your organization?..

my answer :
corporate culture represent the professional value a company adopts that dictate how it interacts with employees,partners and clients. Corporate culture can assist good relationship between employer and employee.

if i one of the top manager the value that i would like inculcate in my organization is islamic value like 



because islamic rules is perfect. so, when all worker practice this value, they will assist in the executing strategies

week 10 : Corporate Strategy

this week we finishing case study of company successful hot dog in malaysia...


madam huda explained how this company can successful after facing a lot challenge..
madam huda introduced to us how to make case study easy and interesting by using colorful sticky notes
and make u easier to find to SWOT analysis

O-SHIMA restaurants


this week there no lecture but replaced by sharing with owner O-SHIMA restaurant 
 Mrs. Asnidar Hanim yusuf... 

 
Mrs. Asnidar had degree and master in engineering.. she very successful businesswomen even she lack of knowledge in business.. she started from the big restaurants ..she a really brave to tried something different from what she learn (engineering)..   
they have many challenging especially to get HALAL certification.
and 
another challenging she faced supplier refuse to get halal certification.. 
Mrs. Asnidar share with us.. reason for business failure
 no knowledge about business...
do not intend to study about business...

 

i remember what she said ' keep positives'!!!

A young person who will be successful is never give up before get the success on his hand.
  

tutorial class with madam huda

in tutorial class we learn about how to analyze case study...madam huda told us how to make a simple n easy...so we  'main kawin2" hahha
 

 busyyyyyyyy!!!! hahahh

in class , we learn  about how to make a TOWS analysis...
first step : we have to doing SWOT analysis 
second step : we have to marry between SWOT analysis and find child's name (new product) 
very attractive!!!


easy to marry...but!!!  very difficult to create child's name hahah

blue ocean is no rival  n industry do what your company do....

strategic alliance is a formal agreement two or more separate companies in which they agree to work cooperatively toward some common objective.

4. join venture  

jointly owned by two or more companies that agree to share in the revenue ,expanses and control of the newly formed entity.

to attractive whenever buyer need and preferences...

mydin focused strategy based on low cost and lower price than those of rival competitor... 

4.focused differentiation 


Bonia successful because the company focused differentiation strategy depends on the existence of a buyer segment that looking special product attributes.

SWOT analysis is simple but is a powerful tool for sizing up a company's strengths and weakness, its markets opportunities and external threats to its future well being..

after that, we learn about value chain ...let me tell you...

value chain is identifies the primary internal that create and deliver customer value and requisite relate support activities...


bench marking is involve improving a firm internal activities based on learning others companies.
