O-SHIMA restaurants


this week there no lecture but replaced by sharing with owner O-SHIMA restaurant 
 Mrs. Asnidar Hanim yusuf... 

 
Mrs. Asnidar had degree and master in engineering.. she very successful businesswomen even she lack of knowledge in business.. she started from the big restaurants ..she a really brave to tried something different from what she learn (engineering)..   
they have many challenging especially to get HALAL certification.
and 
another challenging she faced supplier refuse to get halal certification.. 
Mrs. Asnidar share with us.. reason for business failure
 no knowledge about business...
do not intend to study about business...

 

i remember what she said ' keep positives'!!!

A young person who will be successful is never give up before get the success on his hand.
  

tutorial class with madam huda

in tutorial class we learn about how to analyze case study...madam huda told us how to make a simple n easy...so we  'main kawin2" hahha
 

 busyyyyyyyy!!!! hahahh

in class , we learn  about how to make a TOWS analysis...
first step : we have to doing SWOT analysis 
second step : we have to marry between SWOT analysis and find child's name (new product) 
very attractive!!!


easy to marry...but!!!  very difficult to create child's name hahah

strategic alliance is a formal agreement two or more separate companies in which they agree to work cooperatively toward some common objective.

jointly owned by two or more companies that agree to share in the revenue ,expanses and control of the newly formed entity.

Bonia successful because the company focused differentiation strategy depends on the existence of a buyer segment that looking special product attributes.
