hye guys,,today i would like to share about business strategy mamak restaurant and fast food....

What do you think of Mamak Restaurant and Fast Food Chains (KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Subway, etc) have a different business strategy..

In your opinion, what kind of business strategy are they deploying? 

Which restaurant do you prefer to go? Why does it so?

my answer : 

As we know mamak restaurant use the cheap price and some customers choose to eat mamak restaurant because they have fast services..mamak restaurants foods also is commonly preference to malaysian taste.,

now lets talks about fast foods restaurant..the business strategy always used by fast foods restaurant is advertising..we can see that ads in billboard,facebook n their own website..

example ads..

lastly,, i prefer to go mamak restaurants because it suits with my malay taste..:)

this week we learn about  Evaluating a company a external environment...this topic about internal n external environment...n we learn about macro-environment external....
                       

okey ladies!!! how to do a macro environment????.........we can completed alone or brainstorming n very important we have to do some research...

here i'm explained detail about PESTLE analysis..

P ( political) : identify changes in the position politician take on issue..all thing involve including tax n policy..

E (economic) : identify trends such as interest rate, inflation, and unemployment rates...

S (social) : identify trends in societies beliefs, behavior  n value n norms,,such as make up of family structures

T (technology) : identify about application of technology such as online transaction...

E (environment ) :   about environmental issue, global warming n pollution,,

L (legal ) :  these factors include the regulation and law. such as consumer laws..

and in tutorial we learned about the story of Robin hood 

we learned how to find issue, decision to be made, stakeholder, analysis,  assumption, alternatives, alternatives, decision & criteria and lastly, implementation plan...from the story we have to think about strategies to solve the problem n implementation plan...

 hehehehehehe.....
