nAturE!! Vision n mission =).......

                          Assalamualaikum...

   hey friends,, we meet again in 2nd lecture mysz ummi..... in the second lecture i got more knowledge about strategic management,,in lecture we learn about nature strategic management and vision n mission...=D

    chapter one, we learn about stage of strategic management,, it has three stages :  strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation.

   strategy formulation : developing mission n vision..do analysis about internal n external (SWOT analysis)

                           

        strategy implementation (action stage) : give motivate employees, briefing objective n policies

                             

                   strategy evaluation : this stage we have to measuring performance n improving planning or taking corrective action...=D

                  strategy formulating, implementation n evaluation activities occur at three hierarchical levels...=)

 hierarchical level ,,,,=D

after that,, we moved to chapter two....the business vision n mission..=)

what is vision???mission???

 let me explain....

                              

    vision : what do we want to become???

                                 e.g :  i want to achieve an excellent result..and i hope i can be successful person...

       So,, mission is  How to achieve the vision???...

                    e.g :  i must study hard and give more attention in class..so, in the future i'll become brilliant                            person in my life....=D....INSYAALLAH...

                                                           Assalamualaikum…

 I feel very lucky and impressed  with Miss ummi . She was a cheerful and I like the way she teach. . my expectation for this subject quite difficult and more to the theory..but I am not worried because  I have you miss ummi!!! =)…

After that, we have to build tower ,it was very interesting and we enjoyed.. we got more lesson from that activity , We should have strategy to doing something..if there were strategy then everything will be destroyed ..

I looking forward for this class next week..i hope u will always guide us ..and I am glad to be your student..and I hope I will be the same as you…=)
